Bachelors/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum experience of 6- 10 years in Campus Recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Good organizational and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Willingness to travel to campuses when needed.
