Job Title: Placement Manager Skill Development (JSDM Project) Location: Ashok Nagar, Ranchi, Jharkhand Salary: 1.22 – 3.22 LPA Experience Required: 3 to 4 years (Skill Development Sector) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Placement Manager to join our team under the JSDM Project . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skill development and placement coordination , with proven experience in mobilizing employment opportunities for trained candidates. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and employers. Ensure placement of candidates trained under JSDM within committed timelines. Conduct employer engagement activities and placement drives. Coordinate with training & mobilization teams to ensure candidate readiness. Maintain placement data and submit regular reports to management. Track post-placement retention and provide support to placed candidates. Candidate Profile: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the skill development sector , preferably under government-sponsored schemes. Strong communication, networking, and coordination skills. Prior experience with JSDM or similar government projects preferred. Willingness to travel for placement coordination and industry visits.
