Proficiency in technical skills such as Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and SQL is required. Experience in testing APIs, web user interfaces, and reports, as well as familiarity with CI/CD build pipelines, Agile methodologies, and version control tools, is highly beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving results are essential qualities for this role. Your willingness to innovate testing approaches, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and continuously improve processes will be key to success.
