Analyze and report defects, perform root-cause analysis, and support issue resolution. Configure test environments and ensure system stability during testing cycles. Continuously improve automation frameworks, test strategies, and QA methodologies. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables and testing strategy. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems. Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, CodedUI . Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and test integration. Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certifications: MB-300 : Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations MB-500 : Dynamics 365 F&O Apps Developer Associate Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting , API testing, or cloud-based integrations.
