Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies- Experience in load testing and stress testing- Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation- Hands-on experience in analyzing test results Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Apache JMeter- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
