Your key responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including supplier selection and certification, collaborating with various functions to uphold quality standards, managing supplier relationships, conducting audits, analyzing defect trends, leading continuous improvement projects, enacting corrective actions, performing inspection and testing, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure product quality and supply chain efficiency. Additionally, you will provide metrics and reporting on product and Supply Chain quality to manage SQA and supplier performance effectively. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors degree in engineering, supply chain management, ASQ CQE, or possess equivalent experience combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, and effective communication skills are essential. Experience with SAP quality module is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international) is required.
