Exposure to APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and validation processes preferred. Key Responsibilities Work on development of new products, tools, or processes as per project requirements. Collaborate with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and quality. Conduct root-cause analysis and implement design modifications. Prepare technical documentation, and reports. Support validation, testing, and trials for prototypes and production parts. Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations. Contribute to continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (concept prototype production). Hands-on experience in CAD / modelling software (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). Knowledge of GD&T, materials, and manufacturing processes. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Good communication and cross-functional teamwork. Ability to handle multiple projects independently. Should have experience to work with customers Like JLR, FIAT , Stellantis , MSIL
