(MBA or master’s degree preferred, but not mandatory if strong experience exists.) 3–8 years of relevant industry experience. Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs) Strong understanding of frontend/backend architecture and DevOps workflows.
