The Role We are looking for a Head of Software Engineering and Platform development who will architect, lead, and scale the technology backbone of JL Intellicore. This is a founding leadership opportunity where you will shape product strategy, engineering culture, and the tech roadmap. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the software architecture and technology stack for our AI-driven SaaS platform. Build and manage a high-performing engineering team. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept to deployment. Collaborate with product, business, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions. Establish best practices in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and agile delivery .
