Ltd.) About Us JK Consultant & Contractor (JKCC) is the authorized distributor for Kirloskar Solar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. , delivering high-quality solar solutions across Madhya Pradesh. We are expanding our retail presence and dealer network to strengthen clean energy adoption in the region. We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Channel Development Manager to lead the creation and management of our dealer/retail channel network. Key Responsibilities Channel Network Expansion : Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers, retailers, and channel partners across assigned territories. Dealer Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure long-term engagement and sales growth. Business Development : Achieve retail sales and channel expansion targets in line with organizational goals. Training & Support : Educate and train channel partners on Kirloskar Solar products, technical specifications, pricing, and policies. Market Penetration : Drive channel sales by understanding local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Promotional Activities : Support dealers with marketing collaterals, branding initiatives, and localized promotional campaigns. Reporting & Analysis : Prepare regular MIS reports on channel performance, dealer sales, and regional growth progress. Collaboration : Work closely with JKCC leadership and Kirloskar Solar to implement sales strategies and achieve business objectives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in channel sales, dealer development, or business development (experience in solar/renewable energy preferred). Strong network-building, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand dealer base. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
