We are looking for a resourceful and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing busy schedules, coordinating travel, and handling day-to-day communication and documentation. Discretion, efficiency, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle complex travel arrangements (domestic and international), including visa processing, hotel bookings and itinerary planning. Manage emails and other communications on behalf of the executive. Prepare and draft letters, meeting briefs, and other important documents. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
