Position: Business Development Associate Location: Aurangabad Role Overview: The Business Development Associate plays a vital role in expanding the company’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is key to enhancing the reach and impact of our educational products and solutions in the Aurangabad region. Areas of Responsibility: ● Identify and target educational institutions in the Aurangabad territory ● Generate and qualify leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking ● Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics ● Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on regional trends and competitors ● Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in coaching centers ● Understand client requirements and present customized product solutions ● Act as a consultant to clients, offering insights and helping them make informed decisions ● Provide client feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and services ● Maintain accurate sales records, visit reports, and client communication logs ● Review sales performance and identify areas for improvement regularly ● Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for seamless execution ● Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team through updates and best practices ● Deliver effective post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction ● Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally Qualification: ● Education: Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields ● Experience: 2–4 years in business development, sales, or a related customer-facing role ● Industry Preference: Open to all industries, with an added advantage for candidates from Education, Publishing, or similar domains Desirables: ● Exceptional communication and presentation skills ● Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities ● Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills ● Ability to work independently with a proactive approach ● Prior experience in B2B sales or field sales is highly desirable ● Flexibility to travel within the region as per business requirements Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Quarterly bonus Experience: sales: 2 years (Required) Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Support the Front Desk Manager with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments. Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company and its services. Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
