Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Doctor Network Associate located in Gurugram. The Doctor Network Associate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with local doctors and healthcare providers, facilitating structured referrals, ensuring verified actors are involved in patient care, and maintaining open lines of communication between all parties. This role also includes regular reporting and coordination with the management team to improve the protocol and streamline processes. Qualifications Relationship management and strong communication skills Experience in healthcare coordination and patient management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment Experience in cross-border healthcare is a plus Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field is a pllus
