Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences Position the institute as a leader in skill development through innovative campaigns Brand Management Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels Oversee content creation for brochures, websites, social media, and promotional materials Ensure consistent messaging and visual aesthetics Digital Marketing & Analytics Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance Drive lead generation and conversion through digital funnels Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align marketing with program offerings Foster partnerships with industry leaders, media, and community organizations Organize events, webinars, and outreach programs to boost visibility Team Leadership Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and interns Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative and media services
