Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for developing and implementing the production plan in alignment to the plant business plan and objectives 2. Oversee and review machining/assembly operations and drive achievement of set production targets 3. Oversee measures and projects implemented to achieve quality targets, cost efficiency and productivity 4. Be responsible for addressing customer complaints from a production perspective 5. Participate in supplier, vendor interactions and activities as per business requirements 6. Lead and manage the Production team Preferred candidate profile B.E. with 20+ years of experience in Production operations Must have good knowledge of manufacturing systems, lean manufacturing, JIT production, etc. Should have handled large teams. Should possess good knowledge of the Auto Component sector. Should possess knowledge of quality systems, tools and techniques.
