Role Overview:

We are looking for a JIRA Tester with strong experience in Tricentis Tosca and NeoLoad for a large-scale migration project. The candidate should have solid knowledge of test management using JIRA, be able to design and execute automated test cases, and perform performance testing to ensure application stability during and after migration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, and performance test scenarios for migration activities. • Use JIRA for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting. • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Tricentis Tosca.

Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA for test and defect management. • Proven experience with Tricentis Tosca for UI automation testing. • Proficiency with NeoLoad for performance/load testing. • Good understanding of testing strategies, test case design, and execution. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:
• Relevant certifications in Tosca or NeoLoad. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration. • Exposure to API testing tools.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field.
