By collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, you will create solutions that align with modern software engineering practices, balancing technology risks with business requirements and driving consistency. **Accountabilities:** - Design and develop solutions that can evolve as products, meeting business needs and utilizing modern software engineering practices. - Implement technologies and platforms, ensuring appropriate workload placement strategies and maximizing cloud capabilities. - Create designs that prioritize security principles and meet the bank's resiliency expectations. - Balance risks and controls to deliver business and technology value. - Support operational teams in fault finding and addressing performance issues. - Evaluate solution design impact in terms of risk, capacity, and cost. - Develop architecture inputs to comply with the bank's governance processes. **Assistant Vice President Expectations:** Your role will involve advising on decision-making, contributing to policy development, and ensuring operational effectiveness.
