You will be a part of a fast-growing IT solutions consultancy, Job Description Limited, with headquarters in London and development centers in Trivandrum, India, Sofia, Bulgaria, and Melbourne, Australia. Your expertise will be in delivering digital solutions, multi-channel retail solutions, and project management to blue-chip clients in retail, financial services, and other industries. As a Jira Administrator, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading training programs for staff on best practices and processes. - Managing permissions, workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, and add-ons in Jira and Confluence. - Troubleshooting issues and supporting global teams. - Maintaining data quality and archiving outdated projects. - Leading the Jira Improvement Board and effectively communicating changes. - Creating, updating, and maintaining complex Jira workflows and configurations. - Raising and managing technical queries with Atlassian support. - Upgrading/migrating Jira and Confluence versions. - Identifying and implementing improvements to ways of working. - Supporting business process automation using Power Automate. - Building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. - Proactively managing support queues and evaluating new platform features. - Ensuring system integrity and performance through regular testing. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - 3+ years of experience with Jira APIs, tool integration, and Jira Configuration Manager. - Ability to create custom scripts in Jira to automate workflows. - Experience with Confluence administration and usage. - Strong understanding of Power BI, including backend data modeling. - Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in Agile Scrum methodology. - ITIL Certification. - Degree educated or equivalent.
