Unpredictable!
This store is alright, but what surprised me is that my final bill was ₹240. I gave them ₹300, and the employees were unable to give me ₹60 in change! May God bless their cash counter...

It's a small store in west Patel nagar unlike the big ones of Airtel and Vi on Patel Road but they do sort your issues. I went for number portability and get an esim and they did not disappoint.

Bad experience. Missed many important meetings because of staff's loose behaviour. I paid for jio recharge here and didn't get balance. After doing complaint and wasting one more day to visit the store, finally recharge got successful.
