Our passionate educators are committed to fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and social-emotional growth in every child. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The Preschool Center Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool center, coordinating with teachers and staff, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. This role includes managing enrollments, organizing events, maintaining communication with parents, and implementing the curriculum. The Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining records, monitoring student progress, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience in early childhood education and curriculum implementation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and children Knowledge of safety and health regulations in a preschool setting Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role in an educational setting is a plus Positive attitude and a passion for working with children
