This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet internal specifications and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will lead continuous improvement efforts, manage quality systems, and collaborate with various departments to enhance product and process quality. Your Key Responsibilities include leading systematic problem-solving for internal process rejections, defining and implementing a roadmap to achieve Quality KPIs, working on top issues using a structured approach, planning and executing manufacturing quality audits, leading product-process change management, implementing and improving SPC and MSA, driving adherence of systems in processes, defining the handling of non-confirming parts, leading systematic problem-solving for customer complaints, leading customer process-product-system audits, and improving process and system performance. Your Qualifications should include a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics) with 7+ years of experience, with a minimum of 6-8 years in the Automotive industry, preferably in Electronics / Mechatronics product manufacturing.
