We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and oversee our coffee processing operations from curing to grinding production ensuring excellence at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all stages of coffee processing, including curing, roasting, grinding, and packaging. Ensure quality control and consistency in flavor, aroma, and texture according to market requirements. Oversee equipment operation, maintenance, and calibration for optimum efficiency. Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand timelines. Source and select raw coffee beans with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness. Train and guide production staff in processing techniques and safety standards. Maintain compliance with FSSAI, export norms, and other regulatory requirements. Work closely with management to develop new blends and coffee products. Requirements: Minimum 57 years of experience in coffee processing (curing, roasting, grinding). In-depth knowledge of coffee varieties, grades, and processing methods. Strong understanding of machinery used in coffee production. Experience in quality assurance and production optimization. Ability to troubleshoot processing issues and maintain product consistency. Excellent communication and team management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both domestic and export coffee markets. Knowledge of instant coffee or specialty coffee production. Familiarity with international quality standards.
