Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer Digital Ads Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting the digital marketing team by designing engaging, high-conversion creatives for Google Ads and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating visuals that attract, engage, and convert the audience while maintaining brand consistency across all campaigns. You will combine your creative design skills with a solid understanding of ad platform requirements to deliver visually compelling and performance-driven content. Role & responsibilities: Design visually compelling creatives for Google Ads campaigns (Display, YouTube, Responsive Ads, etc.) Develop graphics, illustrations, banners, and marketing collateral for social media, websites, and email campaigns Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver high-conversion visual content Stay updated with the latest design trends and advertising guidelines (especially Google Ads policies) Optimize designs for different screen sizes and platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet) Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with tight deadlines Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design , Visual Communication , or a related field Experience with tools like Figma , Canva , or video editing software is a plus Experience working in a digital marketing agency , e-commerce , or performance-driven marketing environment
