As a Jewelry Sales Representative based in the USA for a premium diamond and imitation jewelry collections company, your role will involve promoting and selling our products. The position offers a commission-based or revenue-share compensation structure, providing flexibility and high income potential for individuals with experience in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury product sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with potential buyers such as retailers, wholesalers, boutique owners, or private clients. - Present our jewelry collections, emphasizing craftsmanship, quality, and pricing. - Negotiate terms and close sales based on predefined pricing or custom requirements. - Collaborate with our back-office/export team in India for order processing and shipping. - Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities (optional). - Provide regular sales reports and market feedback. Compensation: - Commission-Based or Revenue Share Model. - Example: 5% to 15% commission on confirmed orders depending on order size. - Opportunity for higher commissions on bulk or recurring orders. - Performance bonuses available. Ideal Candidate: - Based in the USA with existing contacts in the jewelry or fashion/luxury industry. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Experience in B2B or B2C jewelry sales preferred. - Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
