Batukbhai Jewellers is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces, and driving sales to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure the display and presentation of jewellery are attractive and organized.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up for future sales.
• Ensure the security and proper handling of jewellery items.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and appealing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery sales or related retail environment.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of different types of jewellery, metals, and gemstones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Knowledge of local language(s) and Hindi; English proficiency is a plus.
