High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales through excellent customer service and effective sales techniques. You will be the key point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, ensuring they receive a memorable experience and find the perfect jewellery pieces to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom. Understand customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces. Provide information about product features, materials, and care instructions. Perform sales transactions, including receiving payments and issuing receipts. Build productive trust relationships with customers. Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment. Stay knowledgeable about the latest jewellery trends, materials, and pricing. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.

Eligibility:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the jewellery industry preferred. Excellent knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist customers. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
