Job Location: T. Nagar, Anna Nagar, Urapakkam, ECR & Velachery, Chennai, Sivakasi
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6 Months – 5 Years(Jewellery Industry Only)
Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree
Salary: Good Salary Package (Based on Experience)+incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executives to join leading jewellery showrooms in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery sales, retail sales, or showroom operations, along with good communication and customer-handling skills.

Candidates should be passionate about jewellery, customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
Explain jewellery designs, quality, specifications, and pricing.
Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Maintain product displays and showroom standards.
Support daily showroom operations and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or any degree.
6 months to 5 years of experience in jewellery sales, retail sales, or showroom operations.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of jewellery designs, quality, and pricing.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
