Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage showroom operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales performance.
Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase loyalty.
Oversee daily store activities such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions, inventory levels, and sales data.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment that adheres to company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in gems & jewellery industry or related field (showroom sales).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech Computers).
Strong knowledge of gems, gold, and jewellery products; ability to communicate effectively about them.
Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers; ability to work under pressure.
