Jewellery Sales co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Female Jewellery Sales Coordinator to manage coordination with our foreign sales team, assist in preparing quotations, follow up with the production department, and ensure on-time dispatch of jewellery products. The ideal candidate will serve as the communication bridge between the sales, design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily with international clients or sales representatives via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Prepare and send sales quotations, price sheets, proforma invoices, and order confirmations accurately and promptly.
• Follow up with the design and production teams to track order status and ensure timely completion as per client requirements.
• Monitor inventory, order timelines, and coordinate with logistics for on-time dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain and update order processing records, production schedules, and shipment tracking logs.
• Handle client queries related to products, pricing, lead times, and post-sales support.
• Coordinate for sample dispatches, approval status, and client feedback for ongoing product development.
• Ensure proper documentation for international shipments including packing lists, invoices, certificates (if required), etc.
• Support the sales team during client visits, trade exhibitions, and virtual product presentations.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female (requirement based on team balance or client preference)
• Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields. Jewelry/Export industry diploma is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in a sales coordination/export coordination role (preferably in jewellery, gems, or luxury goods).
• Strong command of spoken and written English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or inventory management software is desirable.
• Good understanding of jewellery products, production processes, and export documentation.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
