Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Jewellery Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and operating jewellery manufacturing machines and tools to ensure high-quality output and precision work in gold jewellery production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate jewellery-making machines (e.g., casting, cutting, polishing, soldering, stamping, etc.)
• Assist in the manufacturing process of gold jewellery as per design and quality standards
• Handle raw materials and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Follow production instructions and meet daily/weekly targets
• Report defects or irregularities in process or materials
• Coordinate with quality control and design teams for accuracy
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in gold/jewellery manufacturing operations
• Basic knowledge of gold jewellery production processes
• Ability to work with small components and handle detailed tasks
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory setup
• Team player with discipline and punctuality
• Knowledge of machine safety and jewellery handling standards

Preferred:

• Experience in working with casting, polishing, or stone-setting units
• Familiarity with traditional and modern jewellery-making tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
