Eligibility / Skills Required

• 1–3 years experience in jewellery manufacturing
• Strong skills in buffing/filling / stone setting (as applicable)
• Ability to work on delicate and detailed jewellery pieces
• Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and workplace safety
• Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality buffing, filling, or stone setting work as assigned
• Work on lightweight and intricate jewellery with precision
• Maintain required finishing quality, speed, and productivity
• Operate basic jewellery tools and machinery safely
• Follow production timelines, quality standards, and safety norms
