Job description HIRING for a MANUAL PLUS CORELLA DESIGNER for a LOCAL MARKET IN JEWELLERY INDUSTRY Experience required: 4 plus years in same industry Designation: Junior/Senior executive depending upon experience Software proficiency: Corel Draw (Advanced) and Manual Jewellery Designing Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai Immediate candidates preferred Key Responsibilities Hand‑sketching & Conceptualisation: Rapid pencil and pen sketches; both front, side and 3D‑view renderings to present fresh design concept proposals. Digital Translation: Convert manual sketches into precise CorelDRAW artwork suitable for CAD conversion and production. Design Collaboration: Work alongside design heads, CAD operators, and product developers to refine pieces for manufacturability and market fit. Trend Analysis & Market Insights: Conduct regular local market and competitor trend analysis to shape relevant, on‑trend collections. Iteration & Feedback Incorporation: Revise designs based on internal reviews, production feedback, and client/client‑buyer inputs. Technical Detailing: Prepare technical specifications, diamond/gem breaks, proportions, and dimensionally accurate artwork for manufacturing. Portfolio Management: Maintain organised records of sketches, revisions, and final Corel files; support digital asset management. Core Competencies Creativity and a flair for jewellery aesthetics tailored to Indian tastes. Strong organisational ability, detail orientation, and excellent time management under tight deadlines. Collaborative team player with adaptability to evolving feedback and cross-functional coordination. Open to feedback, iterative design refinement, and delivering polished, production-ready outcomes.
