JEWELLERY HANDSETTING

We are hiring skilled and detail-oriented Stone Setters for our imitation jewellery line, crafted primarily with copper base materials. The role demands precision, speed, and consistency in setting stones on various jewellery pieces. Performance will be measured by the number of stones set per day and the quality of workmanship — both key factors in determining salary growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stone Setting: Accurately and securely set stones on copper-based imitation jewellery including earrings, necklaces, bangles, and rings.
• Speed & Efficiency: Maintain high daily output while ensuring quality; faster setters with clean work will be eligible for higher pay.
• Quality Control: Inspect each piece for alignment, finish, and defects before submission.
• Record Keeping: Log daily production numbers and report any issues with materials or tools.
• Tool Maintenance: Keep setting tools clean and in good working condition.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with supervisors and fellow artisans to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in stone setting, especially on copper-based imitation jewellery.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Basic understanding of jewellery types and stone varieties.
• No formal education required, but training or apprenticeship in jewellery work is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
