Role & Responsibilities: We're looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Manager to coordinate multiple e-commerce projects for our international jewelry clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage 10-12 active e-commerce projects ensuring timely delivery Coordinate between international clients and development team Convert client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers Conduct client status calls across different time zones Track project progress using project management tools QA all deliverables before client presentation Flag potential delays and issues proactively Maintain detailed project documentation Handle 20% client communication independently after training Create project status reports for management Preferred Candidate Profile: 2-4 years experience in project management/coordination Experience working with international clients Strong command of English (written and verbal) Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Flexible with working hours to accommodate global time zones Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Experience in digital agencies is a plus Shopify platform knowledge is a plus We need someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
