Job Description

As an experienced ERP Analyst (Jenzabar), your role will involve leading and managing the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Jenzabar ERP system. It is crucial to ensure that the Jenzabar platform effectively supports the institution's operations across all departments, including student services, finance, HR, and academic affairs. **Key Responsibilities:** - **ERP System Leadership:** Lead the administration and strategic direction of the Jenzabar ERP system to align with institutional goals and operational needs. Oversee system configuration, upgrades, and optimizations for seamless integration across departments. - **System Optimization & Maintenance:** Manage the daily operations of the Jenzabar ERP system, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with IT teams for ongoing system maintenance and upgrades. - **Project Management:** Take charge of ERP-related projects such as system implementations, enhancements, and integrations with other campus systems. Ensure timely delivery, within scope, and on budget. - **Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:** Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to gather requirements, address system issues, and implement improvements meeting institutional needs. - **Data Integrity & Reporting:** Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity within the ERP system. Develop and implement reporting mechanisms for insights into operational efficiency, user adoption, and system performance. - **Training & Support:** Provide leadership in training end-users across the institution, develop training materials, and ensure adequate support resources for faculty, staff, and students using the ERP system. - **Vendor Management:** Manage relationships with Jenzabar and other third-party vendors for effective service delivery, support, system updates, and product enhancements. **Required Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years managing or administering ERP systems, with at least 3 years focused on Jenzabar ERP. Significant experience in project management, system implementation, and vendor management in an academic or higher education environment. - **Technical Skills:** In-depth knowledge of the Jenzabar ERP platform and its modules, experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting within an ERP environment. Familiarity with databases (SQL) and business intelligence tools. - **Leadership & Communication:** Proven leadership skills to motivate, guide, and develop teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - **Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex ERP-related issues efficiently. **Preferred Qualifications:** - **Certifications:** Jenzabar ERP certification or equivalent ERP-related certification preferred. - **Experience in Higher Education:** Experience managing an ERP system at a college or university highly desirable.,
