About Avoma Avoma is an intelligent meeting assistant for teams looking to automate some of the common tasks required for customer-focused meetings We leverage NLP and machine learning to summarize meeting notes and extract key topics and action items discussed All of this data automatically syncs back into their CRM This helps to save end users time and focus on what matters most, their customer interactions, We are a venture-funded early-stage startup, have 1000+ paid B2B customers, and are growing consistently month over month, Location: Pune 3 days (Mon, Wed, Fri) Experience: 23 Years Department: Revenue Operations Reports to: Director of Revenue Operations Key Responsibilities Champion Amplitude as the go-to analytics tool across the organization, act as the subject-matter expert for product usage data, Analyze product usage trends to surface actionable insights for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Product teams, Build and maintain dashboards that track adoption, retention, feature engagement, and user journeys, Partner with Customer Success to create account-level product usage stories that drive adoption and expansion conversations, Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback loops on feature usage, customer behavior, and roadmap prioritization, Design and execute cohort and funnel analyses to uncover product usage patterns and growth opportunities, Translate data into narratives for internal stakeholders and customer-facing presentations, Drive data literacy by enabling team members to use Amplitude effectively for self-service analytics, Requirements 2 3 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles, ideally in a SaaS environment, Hands-on experience with Amplitude: workspace setup, dashboard creation, behavioral cohorts, event taxonomy, and advanced analyses, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights, Understanding of GTM motions (customer success, sales, marketing) and product development cycles, Experience working with event-based analytics and understanding of key SaaS metrics (DAU/WAU/MAU, feature adoption, retention, churn), Able to do "storytelling with data? for both technical and non-technical audiences is essential, Self-driven and proactive; comfortable working with minimal oversight, Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools, Why Join Us Direct impact on GTM and product strategy, Work with a collaborative, growth-oriented team, Ownership of the product analytics function and freedom to innovate, Opportunity to influence product roadmap with real customer insights, Benefits A transparent salary structureINR 12,00,000 INR 15,00,000 (Depending on the experience) Stock Option Plan Fast-paced, collaborative work environment Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick and Public Holidays)
