You will be responsible for the administration of One Identity tool and management of integrated Identities and Services. This includes providing engineering support for the One Identity Manager Environment and managing cloud and on-prem infrastructures hosting IAM. You should have a working knowledge of One Identity tools such as 1IM Manager, Object Browser, Job Queue, and Synchronization editor. Your role will involve understanding the entire IAM environment, Active Directory Multi-forest environment at an enterprise level, Windows OS, IIS, and MS SQL server. You will be monitoring, reporting, and analyzing bugs during and after IAM release versions, as well as managing the performance of IAM tools, database, and infrastructure. Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration of Identities and Services integrated with the One IDM tool, supporting organization integration with the IAM Infra. Collaboration with onshore development and project teams to provide solutions and assistance during project release, testing, and operational support is also expected. Furthermore, you will manage incidents, problems, and changes within the IAM Infrastructure, along with documenting and updating IAM Processes and operating procedures. Working with Software Development tools like JIRA to handle various IAM related tasks will be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications & Experience: Experience: - 6 or more years in Enterprise IT with a core focus on IAM Technologies like One Identity or similar IAM tools. Qualifications: 1. Graduate Degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field. 2. Certification in security domain like CISSP, CISM, etc., is a plus. 3. Cloud certifications and knowledge in Azure, AWS are advantageous. 4. Microsoft certifications on designing infra solutions, administering, and managing server and cloud infra are advantageous. 5. Understanding of Agile and similar industry standards. Technical Skills: - Experience in One Identity tool (preferred) operations or similar IAM tools. - Knowledge of Windows server technologies. - Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. - Knowledge in DNS, TCP/IP, network technologies. - Knowledge in MS-SQL (single and cluster configuration) database technologies. - Knowledge of incident, problem, change process handling. - Knowledge of Jenkins Automation tool, IAAS, Infrastructure background. - Knowledge in DevOps tools like Github, Azure Kubernetes, pipeline deployment. - Experience in IAM solutions with strong knowledge of IAM concepts and understanding of security, risks, and governance.,

Experience in Load testing of Application code Experience with CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins automation. Solid understanding of Agile development methodology Experience with development and infrastructure tools including Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jenkins, and Git Solid communications and organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
