Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business, developing market strategies, and expanding our customer base across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B sales, site visits, and networking. Promote and sell services such as tank cleaning, façade maintenance, infrastructure solutions, and other related offerings. Generate and manage leads via cold calling, digital platforms, exhibitions, referrals, and industry contacts. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close sales. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
