Position Overview The Car Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales of new and used vehicles by effectively engaging customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent buying experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers to the showroom and provide detailed information about available vehicles, features, and financing options. Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles. Arrange and accompany customers on test drives. Negotiate sales terms, prepare quotations, and finalize deals in line with company policies. Promote additional products and services such as warranties, insurance, accessories, and finance packages. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure repeat business and customer referrals. Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
