Primary documentation - writing, maintaining, reviewing and updating validation documentation, and approving validation SOPs; reviewing validation data, compiling reports and contributing to internal audits and external inspections as they arise; proposing and implementing process upgrades and efficiency improvements; keeping on top of advances in the field and, in particular, updates to the regulatory requirements; training staff on the computerized systems in line with the relevant protocols and regulations. Work on electrical projects for product engineering. Continuously work on the analysis and electrical design of the PCBAs. Address life cycle risks to ensure continued production of products. Perform necessary technical analysis Simulations on P spice, LT Spice, create technical review documents, update design files in OrCAD, PADs print and perform technical review with team. Review and document the component design, compliance, and reliability requirements. Drive Failure analysis for components and associated corrective actions, using internal and external resources across global supply chain. Create test plans and perform (or support test lab) necessary testing to validate change. What You Need Experience/skills required Bachelor s in electrical and Electronics Engineering. 3+ years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering. Experience in Circuit design (analog/digital/power) and layout design knowledge. Experience in working with in OrCAD Schematic capture, Allegro, PADs, Silicon Expert etc. Experience in performing design simulations using PSpice, LT Spice, SI analysis tools. Experience in medical device and design for EMI/EMC. Knowledge on medical EE design standards will be a big plus. Familiar with Industry standards JEDEC, IPC, IEC standards. Ability to interact with Cross functional team (electrical, mechanical and operations) and external partners and suppliers to define and implement reliability activities and corrective actions. Clear thinking and good documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be a DDR/LPDDR expert with experience in making architectural trade-offs to optimize DDR/LPDDR performance & power for a variety of use cases. You will collaborate with internal and external development engineers (architecture, hardware, validation, software services). You will be a member of a team analysing the product-level system power & performance for DDR/LPDDR. You will contribute to development, support device characterization, and benchmarking efforts. Requirements- Qualification: BTech/MTech Skills/Experience: MTech+3years / BTech+5years Knowledge of CMOS processes and issues in deep submicron process technologies. CMOS circuit design and layout methodology & flow; basic understanding of analog/mixed signal circuitry, familiarity with basic ESD concepts is an advantage. Familiarity with ASIC design flow. Knowledge of JEDEC requirements for DDR interfaces & standards, DDR Timing, ODT and SDRAM functionality would be a plus.
