Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, support staff coordination, and ensure efficient office functioning. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organise office files, records, and documentation. Provide administrative support to senior management. Process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Maintain and update accounting records using Tally and other relevant software. Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices and basic accounts. Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, vendor coordination and other essentials. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail, etc.) Organise meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements. Qualifications & Skills Graduate (B.Com preferred). Excellent command over English language (written & verbal). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,Powerpoint),Tally, Basic ERP/CRM systems, and other basic office softwares. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
