Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Bottom Shoe Manager. The Bottom Shoe Manager will oversee the production, quality control, and inventory management of the bottom shoe department. Responsibilities include supervising production staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards, coordinating with the supply chain, and maintaining accurate production records. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Qualifications Experience in production management, quality control, and inventory management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of textile and apparel manufacturing processes Communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics Relevant experience in the shoe or apparel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or related field preferred
