Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage client relationships, maintain records, and support business growth through excellent communication and organization skills. The candidate should have strong command over MS Office (especially Excel) and be comfortable with cold calling and client follow-ups. --- Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain existing client accounts. Build and strengthen relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships. Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate new business leads. Prepare and maintain reports, quotations, and client data using MS Excel. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and client requirements. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution. Assist in documentation, billing, and daily operational activities. Skills & Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Management). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Confident in cold calling and handling customer interactions. Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
