We are currently expanding our team and seeking a dynamic leader to head our branch operations in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari district. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage overall branch operations, including team performance and business development activities. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets. Drive client acquisition and retention by promoting JDI Wealth’s financial products and services. Supervise, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve performance goals. Conduct lead generations activities like Webinars and Seminars Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Generate regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and operational efficiency. Skills Required: Strong sales skills with target orientation Knowledge of financial investment products especially mutual funds Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in planning, monitoring, and branch-level reporting Must have own Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler Qualification: MBA (preferably in Finance or Marketing) Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in B2C Sales; experience in mutual funds or financial services preferred Contact: 8086074117
