You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Reporting to the Operations Accounting Manager, the Data Control Coordinator is responsible for responding to a high volume of incidents in ServiceNow. The Data Control Coordinator will investigate and resolve data integrity issues raised by internal and external stakeholders by leveraging project's multiple data sources to determine the issue and proper method for correction with auditable workbooks and documentation. An attention to detail and analytical mindset is critical to ensure that root cause analysis is performed and documented. This role requires collaboration with groups internal and external to Order to Cash including AR Reconciliations, Hydro Carbon Accounting, IT, Settlements, and POS (Point of Sales), Retail Finance, and operations.
