You are an experienced Tech Project Lead with a minimum of 10 years of experience seeking to join our IT team to take on responsibilities related to the server side of our applications. Your primary role will involve collaborating with engineers to ensure system consistency and enhance user experience. Your excellent programming skills and dedication to application development and enhancement are crucial for this position. As a Project Lead, your main responsibilities will include participating in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging, writing clean code for functional applications, troubleshooting and debugging applications, collaborating with Front-end developers for seamless integration, gathering technical and design requirements, providing training and support to internal teams, creating reusable code, liaising with fellow developers, designers, and system administrators for feature identification, and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends. To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Back-end developer, a comprehensive understanding of the web development process, hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring framework, Spring Boot, JDBCTemplate, Spring Data, JPA, MySQL, and NoSQL. Additionally, familiarity with microservices and front-end languages like HTML, JavaScript, Angular/ReactJS, and CSS will be advantageous. Your excellent analytical skills, efficient time management, and problem-solving attitude are essential qualities for this position.
