Responsibilities Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure optimal performance throughout the software lifecycle. Validate performance-related metrics to meet project requirements. Analyze performance data from operating systems and applications to identify bottlenecks. Assist in performance tuning and troubleshooting to optimize system reliability. Contribute to the scalability, efficiency, and robustness of software solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall software performance. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 1. Candidate should have 6 to 8 years of experience in doing performance testing 2. Coding Skills in Java & Shell Scripting. Good knowledge of at least one RDBMS and SQL language 3. Knowledge in scripting (JMeter and Java), running, monitoring, and troubleshooting performance tests. Knowledge in troubleshooting issues with Java JVM, application server, JMS middleware, network, hardware resource etc. 4. Knowledge of working on micro-services deployed on the Kubernetes cluster. Experience in performance testing REST APIs 5. Experience in doing scalability / benchmark testing. Experience in hardware sizing Preferred technical and professional experience Knowledge working on Cassandra, Kafka, MongoDB, etc. Prior OMS work Experience or Large Scale Enterprise applications on Cloud.
