Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Functional Consultant with a strong background in supply chain planning, execution, and optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, aligning them with industry best practices, and delivering scalable, efficient supply chain solutions. You will play a key role in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation across supply chain management (SCM) domains. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective supply chain solutions. Lead and participate in SCM solution design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning. Conduct workshops for requirements gathering, solutioning, and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs). Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment and solution integrity. Configure supply chain modules and document functional setups, test cases, and training materials. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations. Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. Required Skills & Competencies: 5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Functional Consultant. Strong functional expertise in supply chain planning, execution, and optimization. Participated in at least 2-3 SCM implementation/support programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience with SCM modules such as Demand, Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), etc. Capable of preparing business requirement documents, fit-gap analyses, test plans, and user training. Hands-on experience with PL/SQL for writing queries and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or APICS CPIM/CSCP. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and supply chain tools such as Manhattan or Blue Yonder (JDA). Prior experience working with Blue Yonder solutions is a significant advantage
