Role Description * Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to help students explore and identify suitable career paths. * Facilitate psychometric assessments and interpret results for informed career decisions. * Guide students in building strong academic and extracurricular profiles aligned with career goals. * Support resume creation, SOPs, digital portfolios, and preparation for college applications. * Organize and coordinate internship and job-shadowing opportunities with external partners. * Build and maintain partnerships with companies, NGOs, and institutions for student exposure. * Assist students and parents in shortlisting colleges/universities (India and abroad) based on eligibility and aspirations. * Provide guidance on entrance exams, application timelines, scholarships, and admission processes. * Conduct workshops and webinars for students, parents, and faculty on career trends and opportunities. * Track and report student progress, career goals, and counseling outcomes for internal records. * Stay updated on evolving industry demands, career landscapes, and higher education trends. * Promote skill development in areas like innovation, sustainability, digital tools, and global awareness. * Ensure confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism in all student interactions.
