Boda Head Office, Churchgate, Mumbai (On-site) We're looking for a passionate and skilled Content Writer to join our Marketing & Communication team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand's voice and bringing our story to life. You'll craft engaging content that resonates with our audience, drives conversations, and helps us build a strong, cohesive brand presence across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for all digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media. Multi-Platform Writing: Craft compelling and high-quality content for a variety of channels, such as articles for media publications, press releases, newsletters, and marketing materials. Social Media Management: Plan, curate, and manage content calendars for social platforms. This includes creating engaging posts, producing written and visual content (including reels, photos, and short-form videos), and managing social media coverage during live events. Video & Multimedia: Write captivating video scripts and collaborate with the team to produce multimedia content. Internal & User-Generated Content: Create and edit content for internal communications to ensure brand consistency. Manage and optimize user-generated content to foster community engagement and build brand loyalty. Editing & Optimization: Edit and standardize all content to ensure it is clear, consistent, and on-brand. Required Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. · Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an impeccable attention to detail. · Understanding of digital marketing principles and content trends. · Experience with social media management tools. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. · Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Knowledge of design & video editing tools like Canva is an added advantage.
